What makes it special?

Lots of things. This movie was one of the inspirations for the creation of this site. While being an extremely campy and silly movie, it is all created with youthful exuberance and fun. This is an opportunity to see Michael J. Fox in his acting debut as a brash, angry pre-teenager. We are also introduced to Paul Reubens (A.K.A. Pee-Wee Herman) in one of his first movie appearances. While the character of Pee-Wee is not even created yet (Paul does not create him until 1981), we can see the beginnings of the character in this film. Watching the different groups try to figure out each clue at the different locations is also a blast, as most of the secondary characters are over the top.
